About these terms

These terms apply when you use www.acehostcotswolds.co.uk or enquire about AceHost Cotswolds services. By using the site you agree to them. A confirmed stay or management agreement will have its own written terms, which take priority for that booking or contract.

What the site is for

The website describes Cotswolds holiday homes, property management and guest support. It lets you send an enquiry. It is not a live availability calendar, and prices shown are guides in pounds sterling unless a booking confirmation says otherwise.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending a form does not reserve the house. A stay is confirmed only when we accept it in writing and any requested deposit is paid. Cancellation and house rules are set out in the rental agreement for that booking.

You must be 18 or over to make an enquiry or booking.

Using the house

Guests agree to:

• Keep to occupancy, pet and quiet-hour rules
• Treat the house and neighbours with care
• Tell us promptly if something is damaged or unsafe
• Leave the house in a reasonable state

Website content

Photographs, copy and trade marks on this site belong to AceHost Cotswolds or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission. We try to keep information accurate, but amenities, prices and dates can change.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from a breach of these website terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a UK consumer to bring a claim in your home courts.
